Sorry you can’t dive. It is so much fun. Maybe you can get them to save up and take you one time.Sorry you can’t go to discovery cove. What do they do there? Hang in there and maybe the economy will get better.

I love diving but my parents can’t afford lessons. I cried forever when they told me. I cried to when my mom said last night we couldn’t afford to go to discovery cove in florida this summer:( LUCKY YOU!!!

Thanks. I teach peak performance buoyancy for Padi and know you are correct. We were in fresh water and that was Taylor first drift dive, so she gets an excuse. Besides damaging the environment, lots of people wreck their equipment by dangling it and not have it properly attached. Thanks for your nice comment.

Blue Spring, which I believe is about an hour north of Orlando. The water was 72 degrees and fine with a three mil wet suit on.

Very neat guys! Just make sure that you try to stay off the bottom no matter where you are. If you’re in the ocean, you’ll damage sensitive marine life. Also, keep your hoses all in front of you and not dragging. Otherwise, you’re doing great.

They are fun to do and we learned a lot of stuff doing them. Padi has some great programs and things like ice diving I had to take certifications. It is real expensive to do a lot of them. Have a nice weekend.

My six year old Taylor got certified last year at 10. She was diving in my pool at five.
I bought her a sassy pack and she could not dive down and I bought it back and bought regular equipment. My daugther Kelsey is a Jr. Master Scuba Diver since age 12. She has about 33 certifications and started diving about 8 years old. The has done all kind of diving and has done 200 plus dives with me. She is now 16 and kind of retired from diving. She is real good though.

We were diving about one hour north of Orlando, Florida. We were in Blue Spring and the water is 72 degrees year round. Also in the same location we, not including my little one went into the spring and I was down 116 feet. I got some good pictures and the water was crystal clear. Thanks for your question.
